With a lifelong passion for nature and a counselling career that has led me to work with children with SEND, I understand how isolating it can feel when standard messy play or art classes are not the right fit for your child. Grounded in play therapy, these sessions are educational, tailored around key developmental milestones, and most importantly-always fun.

45-minute session: £40

Support for Teens and Adults

Whether you have a formal diagnosis, are seeking one, or are simply finding certain thoughts and behaviours challenging, we’re here to support and guide you towards living your best life and feeling more comfortable in your own skin.

Autism, ADHD and other spectrum and neurodivergent behaviours can sometimes be difficult to manage alone and that's where can help.

Using proven strategies, we help you manage behaviours that may be making life more difficult, while also recognising how these behaviours can be useful rather than inherently negative. Our aim is to make living with your unique traits easier, more fulfilling, and more empowering.

Rather than focusing on hiding your behaviours or traits, we support you to understand, manage, and accept them as part of who you are. Together, we can identify triggers, develop self-soothing strategies for unavoidable situations, and build tools to de-escalate and regulate emotions and behaviours. We can also explore ways to communicate your needs and behaviours to others, as well as address any other areas of life that may be causing discomfort or stress.
